Later Paradyne has extended Silicon21’s distribution agreement to cover the Middle East region.

On September 1, 2005, Zhone Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZHNE) completed the acquisition of Paradyne Networks, Inc. The combined company, operating under the name Zhone Technologies, provides network operators worldwide with marked-leading solutions for delivering packet-based voice, data and video services.

Silicon21/Paradyne distribution agreement is still valid with Zhone Technologies covering the same territory.
